This isn't a planned development centering on a big house. It has the following parts

1 A BARN sized DINING hall. built in a BARN, with a kitchen, and hunting trophies on the wall. This facility may be available for private gatherings.

2 A LIBRARY. Built of rammed earth concrete as homage to William R Norris, founder of Concrete Construction and owner of the Palmyra State Bank

3 An ART GALLERY. Built of STONE like traditional Kettle Moraine buildings. For Norris Family collections and trophies.

4 A GEAR ROOM. For all the families hunting gear and hunting needs.

5 A FIRE PIT.
